Facilities:
Use
of Center: 4-H clubs may use the 4-H Center for FREE, but all arrangements to use the site must be booked through Janice Martin, 610-837-7294. Donations are always accepted, however, to offset the costs of upkeep at the Center. Financial
Support: Any donor or 4-H club wishing to make a donation may contact a member of the 4-H Center Board, Janice Martin, or Penn State Extension, Northampton County (610-746-1970) for more information. Donations may be specified for the working fund, the improvement fund or the scholarship fund. Scholarships:
Applications for these scholarships can be obtained from the 4-H coordinator at Penn State Extension, Northampton County. Applications are due in the extension office on the first Monday of October. Scholarships are awarded at the County 4-H Achievement Banquet. Maintenance
of 4-H Center Clubs wishing to do a special project such as plant flowers, clean up the grounds, wash signs, or paint are encouraged to contact the board about the project and to clear the date. Suggestions for improvements are always welcomed. |
